Cutting Down on Cubicle Costs

Kairos was asked to consolidate space per employee at an engineering company trying to reduce their real estate costs. By reconfiguring the cubicles and adding brackets, Kairos was able to reduce the spaces from 8×8 to 8×4 without compromising comfort. These new spaces fit perfectly into the work styles of engineers, and ended up reducing the company’s square foot (per person) cost by roughly 30%!
